Which GYOT Offer Is Right for Me?

This page helps you choose the right agency operations support from Get Your Ops Together (GYOT). Operations support means help with how your business runs behind the creative work. Most agency owners who come to us are frustrated by the same things: designers and editors waiting on their feedback, new inquiries going days without a reply, and team members asking how a task gets done. If you're unsure where to start, take the free Baggage Check, a self-assessment that shows where your agency still depends on you and what to hand off first. After that, you can start on your own (Template Shop), learn and plan it (High Season Challenge or Agency Rehab), have systems built with coaching (RESORT Mode), or hand operations to our team (Secret Shopper, Ops Concierge or Residents' Lounge).

Where should I start if I'm not sure what I need?

Start from what you want to change.

If you want to know what to fix first, start with the free Baggage Check, or with Secret Shopper if you'd like an outside view.

If you want to start documenting on your own for free, start with the Template Shop.

If you want new inquiries answered while you're busy with client work, start with the High Season Challenge.

If you want a 2027 plan for what to focus on, who to hire first and when, start with Agency Rehab.

If you want your systems built over a year with coaching and planning support, start with RESORT Mode.

If you want systems built for you, start with Ops Concierge.

If you want someone running day-to-day operations with you every month, start with the Residents' Lounge.

If you've finished RESORT Mode, your next step is the Penthouse Club.

What does each GYOT offer actually do?

Two terms first. A system is a repeatable, written way of getting something done, like answering a new inquiry, and an SOP (standard operating procedure) is the step-by-step document that lets anyone on your team do that task.

  • Baggage Check (free): a self-paced assessment you finish in one sitting, with recommended next steps.
  • Template Shop (free): ready-to-use templates for creative agencies, sorted by industry, plus free SOP Starter Kits with policies (the general rules your business runs by), an SOP template, an industry SOP vault and an AI SOP builder, for agencies like social media, interior design and web design.
  • High Season Challenge: a five-day challenge you can join anytime. Daily lessons help you build an automated lead inquiry system, which answers new inquiries instantly, for one offer in your CRM (customer relationship management tool), HoneyBook or Dubsado. It suits offers that start with a discovery call (what a lead inquiry system should do).
  • Agency Rehab: a 5-day LIVE experience where you get the strategy to properly scale a burnout-proof business, running November 9-13, 2026 with an accredited operations expert. You leave with a 2027 plan: what to focus on, who to hire first, and when.
  • RESORT Mode: a 12-month group program for creative agency founders who want to scale to $30k+ months without the burnout. You get all the systems your agency needs, grow as a founder, and get real-time coaching as you scale.
  • Penthouse Club: the ongoing members' community for RESORT Mode graduates. It isn't sold on its own.
  • Secret Shopper: an undercover audit. Our team goes through one offer as a prospective client and through your operations as a new team member. You get a full written Field Report and an action plan.
  • Ops Concierge: a six-week done-for-you build of the systems your agency needs, designed around how your agency already works. It ends with a full handover of SOPs, documentation and Loom walkthrough videos, plus 30 days of Slack support.
  • Residents' Lounge: an embedded operations partner, someone who works inside your business with your team, handling day-to-day operations with you for up to 20 hours a month, month to month. It includes a monthly operations report and quarterly and annual planning using the R.E.S.O.R.T Method™, our operations framework.

Should I learn it, build it with support, or hand it over?

The simplest way to choose is by how much of the work you want to do yourself. Start on your own for free with the Baggage Check and Template Shop, learn and plan it with the High Season Challenge and Agency Rehab, have your systems built with coaching in RESORT Mode, or hand it over with Secret Shopper, Ops Concierge or the Residents' Lounge. For background, see the guide to the 6 core systems every creative agency needs.

Can I combine offers, and what order makes sense?

Yes. To start on your own, go Baggage Check → Template Shop → High Season Challenge. To learn first and then get systems built, go Baggage Check → Agency Rehab → RESORT Mode → Penthouse Club. To hand things over, go Secret Shopper → Ops Concierge → Residents' Lounge.

What does this look like in real agencies?

Koined Digital (all six core systems built), IVT Creative (full client journey mapped in ClickUp, with SOPs), Blessed Little Bungalow (Amber Guyton's interior design studio and home and lifestyle brand, moved from Asana to ClickUp) and Eralyn Interiors (operations centralized in ClickUp) are a few examples. You can see how other agencies built their systems here.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Ops Concierge and RESORT Mode?

Ops Concierge is a six-week done-for-you build. RESORT Mode is a 12-month group program for scaling to $30k+ months without the burnout, with all the systems your agency needs and real-time coaching as you scale.

Is the Residents' Lounge the same as hiring an operations manager?

It covers much of the same ground, up to 20 hours a month, without recruiting, training and managing a hire. To compare, read what to look for in an operations partner for your creative agency.

Do I need a VA or an operations partner?

A VA usually handles tasks you hand off. An operations partner looks at how the work moves, then builds and helps run the systems behind it, so fewer tasks need you at all. If you've already hired help but still answer every question, the gap is usually in operations.

I'm a solo founder. Is any of this for me?

Yes. The Baggage Check, the free Template Shop, the High Season Challenge and Agency Rehab are strong places to start.

Do I have to switch tools to work with GYOT?

No. Our builds are designed around how your agency already works, and that includes the tools your team already uses. The goal is a system your team will actually use, so we start from where the work happens today.

How involved do I need to be if I hand operations over?

Most involved at the start, because the systems have to fit how your agency works now. As the work is handed over through SOPs, documentation and walkthroughs, the goal is for day-to-day work to keep moving without waiting on you.
