You join a group coaching call with our team and other creative agency founders, and you talk through whatever's on your plate, from delegating properly to growing as a founder.
When a system is ready, we install it for you.
Throughout the year, we focus on the six core systems every creative agency runs on: lead inquiry, client onboarding, delivery and fulfilment, offboarding, team management, and data management. The Burnout Proof course breaks down each one, and you use it to design your plan for that system and submit it. Once we approve your plan, we install the system in your business within 4 weeks. You don't have to get your hands dirty, because we set it up and plug it into your business, and you add the finishing touches, like your own details, with clear guidance from us. We keep going until all six systems are set up.

Our tech VA looks at the issue with you, and tech office hours are there when you need someone to walk through it live. Is this one-on-one or a group program?
Both. You get a 1:1 annual strategy session and hands-on help implementing your systems, and you do the coaching, planning, and building in a room with other creative agency founders.
How is this different from the courses and templates I've already bought?
Courses and templates hand you the information and leave the implementation to you. Inside RESORT Mode, the Burnout Proof course walks you through each system, our team reviews your plan, and then we install it in your business. You're supported through the whole year.
I'm already stretched thin. Do I have time for this?
That's exactly who RESORT Mode is for. Your part is making decisions about how your agency should run, joining your weekly coaching call, and adding the finishing touches once a system is in. We handle the setup.
How much time will this take each week?
Plan for your weekly group coaching call, plus time to work through the Burnout Proof course and submit your system plans. Once a plan is approved, the installing is on us.
When will I start seeing results?
By month 1, you'll have your annual plan and quarterly action plan. By month 3, your first system should be installed, and by month 6, all six should be in.
What if I fall behind?
Every quarter, we plan together and adjust to where your agency actually is, and the Resort Tracker shows you exactly where you stand. You also have real-time access to our team, so you can ask for help the moment you feel stuck.
What if I'm earning more than $15k a month?
Apply anyway. We'll look at where your agency is and talk through whether RESORT Mode is the right next step.
Do I have to build the systems myself?
No. You submit your plan for each system, and once we approve it, we install it in your business within 4 weeks. You add the finishing touches with our guidance.
I'm not techy. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. Our tech VA looks at your issues with you, tech office hours are there when you need someone to walk through it live, and we do the setup for you.
Do I have to switch tools?
No. We're tech-agnostic, so we work inside the tools that make sense for your agency, and we help you choose one if something's missing.
Can my team be involved?
Yes. The systems are set up around how your team works, and during the Pressure Testing Incubator, a key member of your team gets access to us so we can guide them through trusting the systems and making decisions without you.
Do you help with marketing or getting more clients?
RESORT Mode focuses on the operations that carry your growth. During growth seasons, marketing experts join us to help you scale, and the Scaling Vault includes marketing support materials. We don't build funnels, lead generation, or automated outbound.
What is the Pressure Testing Incubator?
Once your agency meets the requirements, you qualify to run a series of pressure tests where you step back, and we help you conduct each one, spot the gaps, and plug them.
What's a Vacation Pass?
Once you're ready, we approve you for your 72-hour, 7-day, and 30-day Vacation Passes, which give you the green light to step away from the business with your phone off.
What if something breaks while I'm away?
That's what the Incubator is for. Your key team member has access to us during each test, so questions get answered and gaps get caught and fixed before you take a longer pass.
How much does RESORT Mode cost?
$4,800 for the full 12 months, which works out to $400 a month for a whole operations team in your back pocket. There's also a payment plan of $800 a month for 6 months.
Why not just hire an operations manager?
You can, and some agencies should. At this stage, though, a good ops hire costs $20,000 to $30,000 a year, and you still need to know what to have them fix. RESORT Mode gets you the expertise, the systems, and the plan first, so when you do hire, they walk into an agency that's ready for them.
