Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of getyouropstogether.co (the "Site") and any free resources, digital products, live experiences, programs, memberships, and services offered by Get Your Ops Together, also known as Operations Resort ("GYOT," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms include our Refund Policy (section 19), Cookie Policy (section 20), and Disclaimer (section 21). How we handle your personal information is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

01Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

02Our offers

We offer free resources (such as the Baggage Check), digital and live experiences (such as the High Season Challenge and Agency Rehab), group programs (such as RESORT Mode), memberships (such as the Penthouse Club), and done-for-you services (such as Secret Shopper, Ops Concierge, and the Residents' Lounge).

Offer descriptions, inclusions, dates, and formats are listed on each offer's sales page or checkout page at the time you buy. We may update offer content, schedules, bonuses, and delivery tools over time, and we will make sure any change still delivers the core of what you purchased.

03Service agreements

Done-for-you services, retainers, and some programs are also governed by a separate client agreement, proposal, or contract that you sign before work begins. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

04Accounts and access

Some offers give you access to a course platform, online community, Slack workspace, or project management workspace. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Access is personal to you (or to the team members named in your agreement) and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our written permission.

05Payments and payment plans

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are due at checkout or according to your invoice.

If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay every installment in full, even if you stop using the program or service. A payment plan spreads out the cost of the full purchase and cannot be cancelled like a monthly subscription.

If a payment fails, we will try to contact you. If the payment is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause your access until your account is up to date and may charge a reasonable late fee where your agreement allows it.

You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes that apply in your country.

Refunds are covered in section 19 (Refund Policy).

06Memberships

Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

07Intellectual property

Everything on the Site and inside our programs, including the R.E.S.O.R.T Method™, the Founder Load Index, the Baggage Check, the Burnout Report, our frameworks, course videos, workbooks, templates, SOPs, scripts, graphics, and written content, belongs to GYOT or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

When you buy from us, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials inside your own business. You may adapt our templates for your own internal use. You may not:

  • Resell, share, distribute, or publish our materials.
  • Use them to create a competing program, course, product, or service.
  • Teach our frameworks or present them as your own.
  • Record or redistribute live sessions without our permission.

For done-for-you services, ownership of the systems and documentation we build for you is set out in your client agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, once you have paid in full you own the documents created specifically for your business, while we keep ownership of our underlying frameworks, methods, and templates.

08Community and live session conduct

In our community spaces, Slack channels, live sessions, and group calls, we ask that you:

  • Treat other guests and our team with respect.
  • Keep what other members share confidential.
  • Avoid spam, unsolicited selling, and recruiting members for your own offers.
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, and hateful or harmful content.

We may remove anyone from a community, program, or live session who breaks these rules, without a refund.

09Confidentiality

We keep the business information you share with us during an engagement (about your clients, team, finances, and operations) confidential and only use it to deliver our services. We ask the same of you regarding other members and any non-public information about GYOT. How we handle personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

10Results and responsibility

Our programs and services are educational and operational. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, your team, your clients, your market, and how consistently you put systems into practice. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, time savings, or business outcome. Client stories and examples on the Site reflect those clients' experiences and are not a promise that you will get the same results.

You remain responsible for your own business decisions, including hiring, firing, contracts with your clients, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.

11No professional advice

We provide operations, systems, and business management support. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or mental health advice, and nothing on the Site or in our programs should be treated as such. Please speak with a qualified professional for those matters, including any questions about pricing, taxes, or your finances.

12Third-party tools

Our programs and services may use or recommend third-party tools. Those tools are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, changes, or data practices. Any subscription costs for tools used in your business are your responsibility unless your agreement says otherwise.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GYOT, its owner, team members, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific offer the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GYOT harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

15Site availability

We work to keep the Site and our platforms running, but we do not guarantee they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the Site at any time.

16Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or an offer if you break these Terms, fail to pay, or behave in a way that puts our community or team at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends (including intellectual property, payment obligations, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

17Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute comes up, we will first try to resolve it informally by email. If that does not work, the dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

18Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms. Changes will not affect purchases you made before the update.

19Refund Policy

We want every guest to check in knowing exactly what they are getting. Please read the details of each offer before you buy, and reach out to team@getyouropstogether.co with any questions first.

19.1Free resources

The Baggage Check, Postcards from the Front Desk, and other free resources cost nothing, so no refund applies.

19.2High Season Challenge

Because the challenge is delivered digitally and you get access to the lessons and materials right away, all sales are final once access has been delivered. If you have a technical problem accessing the content, contact us and we will fix it.

19.3Agency Rehab

All Agency Rehab purchases are final.

If you cannot attend live, you will still receive access to the replays for the length of time stated on the sales page.

If you need to miss the live dates, contact us at least 7 days before the event begins and we may, at our discretion, transfer your seat to the next live round of Agency Rehab, if one is scheduled.

If we cancel or reschedule the live event, you can choose between a seat at the new dates or a full refund.

19.4RESORT Mode

RESORT Mode is a 12-month program, and our team reserves your place, schedules your annual strategy session, and begins planning your system installs as soon as you enrol.

14-day cancellation window: If you cancel in writing within 14 days of purchase and before your 1:1 annual strategy session has taken place, you will receive a refund of the amount paid minus any payment processing fees.

After that window, or once your strategy session has taken place, whichever comes first, no refunds are given.

Payment plans: Choosing a payment plan means you have committed to the full program price. Stopping payment does not cancel the remaining balance, and access will be paused until your account is up to date (see section 5).

If you need to pause because of a serious personal circumstance, such as a medical issue or family emergency, contact us. Pauses are considered case by case and are at our discretion.

19.5Penthouse Club

The Penthouse Club is a monthly membership. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and you will keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.

19.6Done-for-you services (Secret Shopper, Ops Concierge, and Residents' Lounge)

Done-for-you services are governed by your signed client agreement, which takes priority over this section. Unless your agreement says otherwise:

  • Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable, because they reserve time in our team's schedule.
  • Work completed before cancellation is not refundable.
  • For Secret Shopper, once the undercover review has started, the fee is non-refundable.
  • For Ops Concierge, if you cancel after the build has started, you will receive the work completed up to that point, and fees paid for completed phases are not refunded.
  • For the Residents' Lounge, either party may end the retainer with 30 days' written notice. The final month's fee covers the notice period, and unused hours do not roll over or get refunded.

19.7Our commitment

If we fail to deliver something we promised, such as a missed session we do not reschedule or a deliverable we do not provide, contact us. We will make it right by delivering what was promised, rescheduling, or offering a partial refund for the undelivered part.

19.8Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider, since most issues can be sorted out quickly. If a chargeback is filed for a purchase covered by this section, we may suspend your access to all GYOT programs and communities while it is reviewed, and we will provide your purchase records, agreement, and access history to the payment provider.

19.9How to request a refund

Email team@getyouropstogether.co with your full name, the email address you used to buy, the offer name, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
