Tara runs IVT Creative, a DFW-based content creation agency that grew from a VA business into a full creative agency. Hey, I'm Danielle, the Creative Agency Operations Manager and founder of Get Your Ops Together.

How I got here

My first business depended on me for everything, so I closed it, and changed how I build businesses for good.

I've spent the last decade running businesses. My first one handled registrations, tax filings, compliance services and office management support, and every single part of it depended on me and my personal brand. I worked constantly, I was tired all the time, and I never felt like I had anything to show for all that work.

That experience is the reason I now build businesses that keep running when the founder steps away. Over the last two plus years, I've brought that into creative and digital agencies, running operations behind the scenes and helping founders get out of the middle of everything.
